1.1. We currently ship to all continental U.S. states.
1.2. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

2. Processing Time

2.1. Standard Orders: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
2.2. Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Processing time varies between 2-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order. Customers will receive an estimated delivery timeframe at the time of purchase.
2.3. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

3.1. Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days (depending on location).
  • Shipping carriers: We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS for most shipments.

3.2. Freight Shipping (for Large Furniture Orders)

  • Some large or heavy furniture items require freight shipping.
  • Estimated delivery time: 10-21 business days.
  • Freight deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise specified. Customers are responsible for moving the item inside.

3.3. Expedited Shipping

  • If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.
  • Expedited delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on location and product availability.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1. Standard shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order.
4.2. Orders above a certain value may qualify for free shipping, which will be clearly stated on our website.
4.3. Expedited and freight shipping costs will be provided at checkout before payment.


5. Tracking Your Order

5.1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
5.2. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.

6. Delivery Information & Responsibilities

6.1. Delivery Address:

  • Customers must provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6.2. Signature Requirement:

  • High-value or large orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
  • If a signature is required and no one is available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice for redelivery or pickup at a local facility.

6.3. Missed or Failed Deliveries:

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, the carrier may make a second attempt.
  • If multiple delivery attempts fail, the order may be returned to our warehouse, and the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

7.1. Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
  • We will review the claim and arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

7.2. Lost Packages

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or building management first.
  • If the package is still missing, contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

7.3. Stolen Packages

  • Flexrapic Furniture is not responsible for stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
  • If theft is suspected, we recommend filing a police report and submitting a claim with the carrier.

8. Freight Shipping Terms (For Large Items)

8.1. Freight deliveries are made via third-party logistics providers and may require additional time for scheduling.
8.2. Curbside Delivery Only:

  • Freight shipments are delivered to the curb or the nearest accessible area.
  • Customers are responsible for bringing items inside and assembling them if required.
  • White-glove delivery (inside placement and assembly) may be available at an additional cost upon request.

8.3. Inspection Upon Delivery:

  • Customers must inspect large freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt.
  • If there is visible damage, refuse the delivery and note the issue on the carrier’s paperwork.
  • Contact us immediately to report the damage.

9. International Shipping

9.1. At this time, we do not offer international shipping directly through our website.
9.2. For bulk or special international shipping requests, please contact us at info@flexrapic.net to discuss available options.
9.3. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.


10. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

10.1. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
10.2. If the customer refuses a shipment without prior approval, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
