Return Policy for Flexrapic Furniture

At Flexrapic Furniture, we strive to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience. Please review the following terms to understand how our returns and exchanges work.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: The item(s) must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Bedding products such as mattresses, pillows, or cushions, unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.

3. Return Process

To begin the return process, follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team by phone at (847) 854-1670 or via email at info@flexrapic.net to initiate the return. Please provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is received, we will issue a Return Authorization number (RA#) along with instructions on how to return the item.
  • Prepare the Item for Return: Ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documentation. If the item is damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to deny the return.
  • Shipping and Handling: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is safely delivered.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs. To expedite the process, please provide clear photographs of the damage or defect when contacting our customer service team.


6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process. Please note that customized or special-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.


7. Store Credit

If you prefer, we can issue store credit for the full value of your return, which can be used toward future purchases at Flexrapic Furniture. Store credit will be issued once the returned item is processed and inspected.
