2. Payment Processing & Authorization
2.1. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) at the time of purchase.
2.2. When you place an order, your payment method will be charged immediately upon checkout.
2.3. For security purposes, we may require additional verification for large transactions, including confirming billing details or requiring ID verification.
2.4. If a payment is declined or unauthorized, we will notify you immediately, and your order may be placed on hold until the issue is resolved.
3. Taxes & Additional Fees
3.1. Sales Tax: Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
3.2. Import Duties (For International Orders): Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any import taxes, customs fees, or duties imposed by their country.
3.3. Transaction Fees: Flexrapic Furniture does not charge additional transaction fees, but your bank or payment provider may apply foreign transaction fees if you are purchasing from outside the U.S.
4. Payment Security & Fraud Protection
4.1. We prioritize security and use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information.
4.2. We do not store full credit card details on our servers. All transactions are processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways.
4.3. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we may:
- Request identity verification before processing the order.
- Cancel the order and issue a refund.
- Report the transaction to the appropriate authorities.
5. Payment for Pre-Orders & Custom Orders
5.1. For pre-orders or custom furniture orders, a 50% deposit is required at the time of purchase.
5.2. The remaining balance must be paid before shipment. We will notify you when the item is ready for final payment.
5.3. Pre-order and custom order payments are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
6. Refunds & Chargebacks
6.1. Refunds are processed according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
6.2. If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and may prohibit future purchases from the customer.
7. Subscription & Recurring Payments (If Applicable)
7.1. Some of our services may include subscription-based or recurring payments.
7.2. Customers will be charged automatically at the agreed-upon intervals (e.g., monthly or annually).
7.3. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but cancellation must occur at least 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

8.1. Flexrapic Furniture reserves the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
